Roadrunner email Settings

Follow these steps carefully for the email settings

  • Go to the “application”
  • Click on “my account”
  • Then “click” on “add account”
  • Go to the “set up account” menu
  • Click on “email”
  • Go to the “domain name” and type your “email address
  • Then enter your “password”
  • Tick on “automatically email account”
  • Click on “next”
  • Now finally your account is set up and you start sending or receiving email

Manual setting of Roadrunner Email

  • Go to the “application” window
  • Select on “my accounts”
  • Click on “add accounts”
  • Type your full email address and password”
  • Remove the check sign from “automatically configure account”
  • Select on “next”
  • Go to the “general settings” and “click” on it
  • Check all the information should be correct and can make changes
  • Then “click” on “ok”
  • Go to the “incoming server”
  • Click on “POP” mail server
  • Type the “address” of “pop3 server”
  • Enter the port
  • Type your username and password”
  • Untick “use secure server”
  • Now “untick” on “verify certificate”
  • Click on “ok”
  • Go to the “outgoing server”
  • Now type the “SMTP” server
  • Untick on “use secure server”
  • Then untick on “verify certificate”
  • Type the port
  • Click on “ok”
  • Then “select” on “other settings”
  • Click on “ok”
  • And then again “click” on “ok”
  • Finally, your account is set up you can test it by sending or receiving emails

For POP3 Email Settings Roadrunner email Settings

  • Go to the “account type” (POP or POP3)

Go to “incoming mail server”

  • Enter the “address” “
  • The port of incoming mail server is “995”

Go to “outgoing mail server” Roadrunner email Settings

  • Type the “address” (
  • For outgoing mail server the port is “587”
  • Go to the box of “inbound and outbound’ user name
  • And type your email address and password
  • Please “check” smtp server requires authentication

For IMAP Email Settings IMAP Email Settings 

  • Enter the “account type” (IMAP)

For incoming mail server

  • Enter the “address”
  • The port number is “993”

For outgoing mail server

  • Enter the “address”
  • Now enter the port “587”
  • Type your full “email and password” in the “inbound and outbound” box
  • Now “tick” the authentication
